Planet Hollywood is alleged to have wrote off around $5 million in loans to California Governor wanna-be, Arnold Schwarzenegger and other celebs. Looks like sweet insider deals benefited bankrupt Planet Hollywood's top execs, Arnold & the rest of the celeb insiders. An independent examiner's report was ordered by a Florida BK court at the request of all the Planet Hollywood's unsecured creditors who are/were owed around $20 million. It was filed August 14, 2002 in US Bankruptcy Court in Orlando. The names of celebs with the forgiven loans remains sealed. Arnold, Bruce Willis, Demi Moore & Sly Stallone were all given shares of Planet Hollywood and the company IPO'd @ $18/share. Looks like the Terminator may have dumped when Planet Hollywood's share price was trading around $30/share later in that year. Looks like Planet Hollywood kept the celeb dump of Planet Hollywood shares hush-hush by helping Arnie, et al arrange loans secured against their stock. Seems though that the company could never recover on these loans because they were all backed by the celebs worthless Planet Hollywood shares and were eventually written off when the company went BK. Now the good stuff! - Planet Hollywood entered a franchise agreement with a company owned by Saudi Arabia's Prince Alwaleed - to open more franchises throughout the Middle East and Europe. Alwaleed himself was an investor in Planet Hollywood and was sitting on the Planet Hollywood's Board of Directors. Looks like Planet Hollywood wasn't only forgiving the bad loans they arranged for Arnold & the rest of the celeb insiders who dumped their free shares when the stock price soared following it's IPO and celeb tout tours, but Planet Hollywood also wrote off the fees owed to Alwaleed's franchises. This is the same Prince Alwaleed that gave a $500,000 gift to CAIR, The Council for Arab Islam Relations a group the FBI calls the propoganda arm for Hamas in the US. The money was given to CAIR to place pro-Muslim literature in 17,000 US public libraries. CAIR accepted the Saudi donation without much fanfare - again, everything very hush-hush. This is the same Prince Alwaleed that donated $10 million to the Twin Towers Fund, then proclaimed publicly: "However, at times like this one, we must address some of the issues that led to such a criminal attack. I believe the government of the United States of America should re-examine its policies in the Middle East and adopt a more balanced stance towards the Palestinian cause. Our Palestinian brethren continue to be slaughtered at the hands of Israelis while the world turns the other cheek." CAIR claimed "Zionist pressure" was the reasoning for NYC Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's returning of Alwaleed's fat check. Seemed Giuliani didn't want to make the demise of the Twin Towers - and 3000 American's - a vehicle for Alwaleed and the Hamas political front CAIR to politic against Jews. Seeing that Arnold has professed his "love" for Kurt Waldheim, a guy who had participated in Nazi atrocities during World War II and Arnold's mother had lived with Alfred Gerstl, a prominent Austrian politician - a politico Arnie lovingly addressed as "Uncle" and that Arnold's father himself had belonged to the Nazi party, it makes Arnold's Planet Hollywood business associate, Alwaleed's donation to Hamas front CAIR that much more compelling. Arnold also attended Shareef Malnik's wedding... the same Shareef Malnik whose father, according to Reader's Digest, is the heir apparent to Meyer Lansky. Shareef, f/k/a 'Mark' Malnik married into Prince Alwaleed's Royal family, which by the way, is being represented by the Carlyle Group's James Baker. Seems that the Royal Saud Family are codefendants with Osama bin Laden in a civil suit filed by the heirs and survivors of the WTC bombings against the financiers of 911. Now... what about those Starbuck's shares?
