Court's discussions with counsel at today's status conference, the court
establishes the following schedule: 1. By close of business today, the US
Attorney will present to the Court originals and all copies of tape recorded
conversations between the deft Elgindy and his attorneys in the possession
of the US Attorney and law enforcement agencies or govt personnel. An
appropriate sealing order shall accompany the submissions. 2. Any
supplemental submissions on the issue of deft Elgindy's bail status must be
filed with the Court by 5 PM, Monday, 7/22/02. 3. By 1 PM, Tuesday, 7/23/02,
the assigned AUSA shall present an affirmation detailing the procedures used
to monitor attorney-client conversations involving deft Elgindy, and
