This letter is to put you on notice that certain commercial artwork of your
client, Gary Dobry, located at:
http://www.onthecanvas.com/selectedworks.htm are in violation of the
Illinois Compiled Statutes Property Right of Publicity Act. Specifically,
Section 30 states: “A person may not use an individual's identity for commercial
purposes during the individual's lifetime without having obtained previous
written consent from the appropriate person or persons…” Furthermore: “A person
who violates Section 30 of this Act may be liable for either of the following,
whichever is greater: (1) actual damages, profits derived from the unauthorized
use, or both; or (2) $1,000. (b) Punitive damages may be awarded against a
person found to have willfully violated Section 30 of this Act.”
Herewith are the commercial artworks in violation of the Illinois Compiled
Statutes Property Right of Publicity Act:

some Arabic writings that and all without his previous written consent.

I and the parties referenced above demand that Mr. Dobry immediately remedy or
destroy all infringing works, including all copies, including electronic copies,
of same, and that he desist from similar infringements in the future. If we have
not received an affirmative response from you by June 30, 2003 indicating that
Mr. Dobry has complied with these requirements, we shall take further action to
the extent of the law.

discredited information mirrored something Jacalyn Deaner wrote in the
summer. A few quick searches on Google and it became obvious your role
in all this. Whether the "research" originated from you, Deaner, or
Dobry is immaterial to me. What is material is that I see my name --
erroneously and libelously -- linked to your group's delusional thinking
you have uncovered some mob run global financial conspiracy. Do I think
writing this letter will change your mind? No. Not at all. In fact,
knowing the way Dobry and Deaner think, they'll insist they struck a nerve,
I'm worried, scared, etc., and be even more convinced than ever they
are correct. You know what? I really don't care what they think. The
entire point of this short note is to tell you I and my attorney are now
holding you equally responsible for material emanating from Deaner and

If you check this post on the Mike Ruppert timeline, you will notice
that item 51 -- which is now item 56 on his latest revision has been
removed.
Ruppert had alleged that a "a colleague of Iran-Contra figure Adnan
Khashoggi and a notorious inside trader on the financial markets" had
liquidated his childrens' trust fund account on September 10, 2001. In
addition to removing this item from his bogus timeline, Ruppert has
apologized to the individual named, as he is neither an associate of Khashoggi
nor has he ever been convicted of any crime, including insider trading.
Though charged with insider trading, the initial claims of
foreknowledge of the September 11 attacks were immediately dropped. In fact, the
individual "spent Sept. 11 tracking suspicious stock trades and passing
the information on to the local office of the Federal Bureau of
Investigation, which thanked him for his help."
Ruppert's claims of a connection to Adnan Khashoggi were not
corroborated by any independent account of this story, and he has since yanked
the blurb from his bullshit-riddled timeline and personally apologized to
the individual. He also promised to publish "something" to set the
record straight, but has not done so at the time of this publishing.
Readers of this Web site, however, know the true story.

HELP<---------------!!!!!!!!!! ..I need everyone to contact NBC..where
Geraldo Rivera is currently In Albania ....I met last night with the
chief of the local Mafia..who guaranteeed me safe passage to and back from
Albania..and he asured me that any kids i can locate he will make sure
the macedonian police let us back in...
In addition The office of the Most Honorable senator Spencer Abraham..has
indicated that If I can get a US based relief organization here currently to
draft a letter on official stationary that outlines the specific case and
names and ages of the children..and the need to take them out I might be
able to get some of these kids
the International organization..Save the Children, has identified 400
children throughout Macedonia that have no mother, father, relatives,
family, frindsd, neighbors ..and or are too young to know or offer any
information these 400 kids are who I want to get out of here..I have agreed
to pahy the airfare and all financial support ..for these kids and am
willing to fund the continuing serach for these kids,.,.
Congressman Robert Wexlers letter to the US Embassy in Macedonia was met
with contempt and an attitude I could not believe.
Please contact the US EMBASSY in Macedonia via Fax and phone and
email..letting them know that we are all watching their arrogance..and
inhumanity..
I am optimistic and hopeful that Senator Abraham can and will do something.

An Internet stock adviser sobbed uncontrollably as a federal
jury convicted him and a former FBI agent of racketeering charges for using
secret law enforcement information to manipulate the market.
Amr "Anthony Pacific" Elgindy, 27, wailed audibly, rocking with his face
buried in his hands, as the jury foreman delivered its guilty verdict on
securities fraud and extortion charges that could land him behind bars for
up to 20 years.
Brooklyn federal Judge Raymond Dearie allowed the distraught Elgindy to
be led from the courtroom by U.S. marshals as attention shifted to charges
faced by disgraced former G-man Jeffrey Royer, 37.
Royer was convicted of securities fraud and obstruction of justice for
plundering FBI computers for details about ongoing investigations, as well
as witness tampering for trying to influence the testimony of a former
colleague.
He also faces up to 20 years in prison.
"Under the guise of protecting investors from fraud, Royer and Elgindy
used the FBI's crime-fighting tools and resources actually to defraud the
public, and to insulate themselves from detection and prosecution," said
U.S. Attorney Roslynn Mauskopf.
Elgindy, a San Diego-based short-seller, posted confidential law
enforcement information on his various Web sites under the ruse of blowing
the whistle on corrupt companies.
Meanwhile, Elgindy raked in millions of dollars by betting against the
stocks and driving down their prices with the release of damaging
information he'd received from Royer. Elgindy was also convicted of
extorting companies by offering to withhold the information in exchange for
stock and cash, but he was acquitted of charges he obstructed justice and
several fraud charges. "We expect the many complex and controversial issues
presented by this case to be the subject of a vigorous appeal," said
Elgindy's lawyer Barry Burke.
In sharp contrast to his partner in crime, Royer remained stoic as the
verdict was read.
The former agent, who was last assigned to the FBI's Gallup, N.M. office,
had taken the bold step of taking the witness stand during the three-month
trial.
"He really and sincerely believes he's innocent," Royer's attorney
Lawrence Gerzog said outside of court yesterday, and vowed to appeal.
Royer admitted on the witness stand that he'd warned Elgindy the feds
were looking into suspicious trades he made on the eve of 9/11 — suggesting
the Egyptian-born trader could have had advance knowledge of the terror
attacks.
Elgindy was never charged with a terror-related crime.
In a bizarre attempt to turn the tables on the feds, Royer claimed that
he could have prevented the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 if he was
allowed do his job.
"He took the stand and lied to the court and jury," Assistant U.S.
Attorney Kenneth Breen said yesterday, arguing that Royer was a risk of
flight and should be put behind bars immediately.
But Dearie allowed Royer to remain out on bail until his sentencing,
which has not been scheduled
